Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aesthetix Growth Agency (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to delivering highquality digital marketing, CRM, AI automation, website development, and business growth services. Because many of our services involve professional expertise, strategy, labor, software subscriptions, and third-party expenses, this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. General Information Only
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by both parties, all payments made to Aesthetix Growth Agency are non-refundable once work has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Strategy sessions
Consulting services
CRM setup and configuration
AI implementation
Website design and development
Landing pages and funnels
Workflow automation
SEO services
Digital advertising management
Social media marketing
Reputation management
Lead generation campaigns
Email marketing
SMS marketing
Graphic design
Copywriting
Custom integrations
Software configuration
Training sessions
Professional time, expertise, and work already performed cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Deposits
Any required deposit reserves project time, staffing, and resources.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits may be applied toward the total project cost but will not be refunded if a client cancels after work has been scheduled or initiated.
3. Monthly Services & Cancellation Notice
Aesthetix Growth Agency offers recurring monthly services that may include, but are not limited to:
CRM management
AI implementation and maintenance
Marketing management
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management
Website maintenance
Workflow automation
Reputation management
Email and SMS marketing
Analytics and reporting
Consulting and ongoing support
Clients may cancel recurring monthly services at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice via email to [email protected] or by another written method approved by Aesthetix Growth Agency.
Cancellation requests become effective thirty (30) calendar days after written notice is received.
Clients remain responsible for all fees due during the 30-day notice period. Services will continue during this period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments already made are non-refundable. If a billing date occurs during the notice period, the applicable recurring payment will be processed as scheduled, and services will continue through the applicable billing period.
If a client requests immediate termination before the end of the 30-day notice period, Aesthetix Growth Agency may, at its sole discretion, discontinue services; however, the client remains responsible for all fees owed through the end of the notice period.
Upon termination and payment of all outstanding balances, Aesthetix Growth Agency will make reasonable efforts to assist with the transfer of client-owned assets, credentials, and data that are under our control.
Additional offboarding, migration, consulting, custom exports, or transition work beyond the standard transfer may be billed at Aesthetix Growth Agency’s then-current hourly or project rates.
4. Client-Initiated Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has started:
Payments for completed work remain non-refundable.
Any outstanding balance for work performed before cancellation remains due.
Any partially completed deliverables may be provided at our discretion once all outstanding balances have been paid.
5. Agency-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Required payments are not received.
Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
A client violates our Terms of Service.
A client repeatedly fails to provide required materials, approvals, or timely communication.
Continued performance becomes impractical or impossible.
If we terminate services under these circumstances, refunds are generally not provided for work already completed or costs already incurred.
6. Third-Party Fees
Many projects involve third-party providers, including software subscriptions, advertising platforms, hosting providers, communication services, payment processors, domain registrars, AI platforms, and other vendors.
Examples include:
CRM subscriptions
Advertising spend
Domain registration
Website hosting
SMS services
Email services
AI platform subscriptions
Third-party software licenses
These third-party fees are governed by the refund policies of the applicable provider and are generally non-refundable through Aesthetix Growth Agency.
7. Advertising Budgets
Advertising budgets paid to third-party advertising platforms are separate from our management fees.
We do not control and cannot refund advertising spend paid directly to advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, or other advertising providers.
Requests regarding advertising refunds must be directed to the applicable advertising platform.
8. Ownership of Digital Assets
Upon payment in full of all outstanding invoices, the client retains ownership of or receives all rights to client-specific deliverables created under the applicable service agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. These may include:
Website content and design
Client-owned branding assets
Marketing creatives produced specifically for the client
CRM data
Customer contact data
Domains owned by the client
Client-owned marketing accounts
Other client-specific deliverables
Aesthetix Growth Agency retains ownership of its proprietary business assets, including but not limited to:
Internal templates
Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Workflows
Automation frameworks
AI prompts
Proprietary processes and methodologies
Training materials
Internal documentation
Custom systems developed for general agency operations
Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of Aesthetix Growth Agency’s proprietary intellectual property.
9. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, we ask that you contact us so we can attempt to resolve your concern.
Submitting a chargeback for services that were properly delivered or while retaining the benefit of those services may constitute a breach of our agreement.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks by providing documentation demonstrating the services performed, communications, approvals, invoices, and applicable agreements.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise.
Any refund, account credit, or financial accommodation granted outside the terms of this policy is made solely at the discretion of Aesthetix Growth Agency and shall not establish a precedent or obligation for future requests.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal obligations.
Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of our services following publication of any revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
