Delays caused by a client’s failure to provide required information may affect project timelines.
5. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment is due according to the invoice terms.
Recurring services are billed on the agreed billing schedule.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise required by law.
Failure to make timely payment may delay or prevent the delivery of services.
6. Refunds
Fees paid for completed work are non-refundable. Because many of our services involve time, strategy, labor, software costs, and third-party expenses, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. Any refund exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Aesthetix Growth Agency.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or an appropriate license to use final deliverables created specifically for their project, except for third-party materials or proprietary tools.
Clients retain ownership of the content, trademarks, and branding they provide.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public business, financial, technical, or proprietary information disclosed during the course of the relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.

While AI tools can improve efficiency, they may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Clients are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying upon or publishing it.

Marketing performance depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including competition, budgets, market conditions, customer behavior, platform algorithms, and economic conditions.

Revenue increases
Sales volume
Lead volume
Search engine rankings
Advertising performance
Return on investment (ROI)
Business growth
Specific conversion rates
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
